Coaching for Behaviour Change
As a leader you are in the business of behaviour.
Your success, and that of your organisation, hinges on your ability to:
-
shape the behaviour of your clients, customers and stakeholders;
-
influence the decisions and actions of your superiors, peers, and team; and
-
sharpen your own judgement and decision-making skills.
My coaching approach integrates traditional executive coaching methods with evidence-based behavioural insights, including the cutting-edge insights from my upcoming book, Boost.
I can help you become a better decision-maker and drive positive behaviour change - within yourself, in your team, and across your organisation.
My approach

Evidence-based
I blend traditional coaching tools with the best evidence and insights from behavioural science to help my clients achieve their goals.

Systems Focus
I understand that my clients operate within an organisational system which influences behaviour, attitudes and values.
I work with clients to explore the characteristics of that system and pinpoint the barriers and enablers for change.

Genuine Partnership
Clients decide what they want to achieve and what success looks like to them. My aim is to unlock my clients’ potential and facilitate their growth and professional success.
I work with clients to co-create a coaching space that is open, trusting and psychologically safe.
Why work with me?
I'm passionate about leading with vision, integrity and kindness. Having advised organisations on behaviour change for over a decade, in 2024 I qualified as an Executive Coach to explore different ways to influence behaviour within organisations.
As an experienced C-Suite Executive, Board Director and Trustee, I understand the joys and challenges of leadership.
I am part of the leadership team that scaled a behavioural science consultancy from 30 people in London to over 200 people in 9 global offices. As a Trustee of the employee shareholding, I led the negotiations to sell the consultancy to the UK's Innovation Agency. As the Managing Director of the 150 person UK team, I then led the merger and integration of the consultancy business and the charity.
I have experience on public and private Boards, having been a Director of the BIT Global Board, and a Non-Executive Member of the Ofcom (the UK Telecommunications and Online Safety Regulator) Online Information Committee.
In short, I get where you are coming from.
